How do I brighten the display on my screen? It seems muted/dark and very hard to read.

Hi @NJJAzz Go to the settings app on the watch and you will find screen brightness there.

I was able to see here that our friend @NellyG provided some steps in order to change the brightness on your Charge 3. Was this the answer you were looking for? If it was, I recommend marking the answer given as a solution. By doing this, other users with the same inquiry will be able to find a faster response.

Problem is you cannot adjust brightness from your computer............ only on the device. When it is at its lowest brightness you cant see it so you cannot make the adjustment. Its horrible. Id take my money back on this charge 3 any day.

There is only a setting of Auto or Normal. There is not way to brighten the display

Both my husband and I have the same issue of a dim screen on our Charge 3. There was an update a week ago or so and ever since then the screen is very dim and impossible to read outdoors. Also the tap function to wake the screen doesn't work and I have to squeeze the buttons on the side to wake the screen. Weird.

Mine too, I’ve had this Charge 3 a little over a year and am so ticked off. I have to open Fitbit on my phone to see what I’ve done. It’s BS !

Now the display doesn't come up automatically when I flip my wrist, also the vibration for the 9 hours isn't working.

me too, same thing. Happened last Saturday night/Sunday morning.
