How do I change Gender ?

Ii have upgraded from Charge 3 to Charge 5 and suddenly I am I Girl...????

Hi there @Lymmeln. 

 

Thanks for the details shared in your post. To change the gender, please do the following: 

 

  1. Open the  Fitbit app and tap today tab ► then tap your profile picture at the top left corner 
  2. Tap the tile with your name.
  3. Tap Personal.
  4. Tap the information you want to change and make your changes.
  5. Tap Save.

Hello,

First of all I hope my English is good enough.

My gender settings under my personal information is correct but when it comes to compare my condition I am compared men in my age but I am woman and have also been.

Can you help me as soon as possible, please.
