How do I change my swim information?

How do I switch between 25M and 50M pools, default seems to be 25M. I'm only receiving half my distance swum in yhe 50M pool.

Regarding your inquiry, you can change your swim information by doing the following:

1. On your device, open the Exercise app > Swim.
2. Swipe up and tap Pool Length.

Thanks. Changed to 50M. Going swimming in 2 hours. Will update how it goes.
