I just got a Charge 3. My app is in English but the tracker language is in Japanese. I live in Japan but I don’t speak the language well enough. How can I change the tracker language to English?

I have the same issue. I’ve tried to update the country settings on the fitbit app and then synced it and language hasn’t changed. Then tried to unlink the device and add it again, didn’t work either. Also tried to update country settings and language of my fitbit account on the dashboard and tried to sync again, without success.
This is a terrible first user experience, how can one not set the preferred language of the device independently from any other settings? 😢 starting to consider to send it back if I don’t get this issue solved soon
