How do I change the time to military time?

Is it possible to change the time on Fitbit Charge 3 to military time?

Yes, go to Settings on Fitbit.com, scroll down to Clock Time, choose 24 hours, scroll on down to Submit and then sync your tracker.

Hi guys, I cannot find the settings you talk about. My charge 3 says it's 0810 when it's 810pm or 2010. Can you enlighten me please, can't find the setting in Android app either.
