How do I change the time on my Charge2 when I travel to another time zone?

Time Zone is changed in your Settings at Fitbit.com and then you click on Submit and sync your tracker.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @PeggyAnnD. I apologize for the delayed response and will be glad to assist you with your time change inquiry.
Make sure the time zone setting is correct:
Let me know how it goes.

Sorry for posting to the old discussion. Just wondering if I'm going on a trip for 5 days, and the difference between my main place of stay and my destination is only 2 hours, is there a need to change the time? How does this affect the accuracy of my sleep measurement? In fact, now this is the only thing that worries me. I've been suffering from insomnia for a month, and the information from the tracker is the only thing that gives me the illusion of being in control of my condition ...

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Nemikon. Thank you for sharing your two hour difference time inquiry.
I think that if there is only a two hour time difference it shouldn't affect your sleep records. It's recommended that you correct the time but if you don't have the option to do it you could use your location time since it's only two hours difference and 5 days time.
Keep on visiting the forums.

unfortunately the information provided here is outdated. First of all, there is no "gear" icon in the new iphone APP, and there is no "advanced setting."
Instead, to access the time zone setting, go to Account by touch the top-left icon, (can't see what it is) and select Account setting and then follow the instructions.
