How do I connect Waterlogged to my account?

ANSWERED

The waterlogged app was advertised by Fitbit to be compatible with fitbit.

I've signed up with Waterlogged, a premium account. Nothing. Waterlogged says that it's connected to my account. Still nothing.

Surely if you spunk an app being able to connect to Fitbit you should ensure that it does!

Any help please!

Welcome to the Community @guv1008Waterlogged is not a compatible app with Fitbit. I recommend checking the List of Apps that you can link to your Fitbit account. If you prefer to link Fitbit with another type of app, you can share your suggestion on our Ideas Board, which our product development teams consult regularly to ensure we're delivering on what our customers need and want. Please take a moment to visit and give us your feedback.

@AlejandraFitbit Waterlogged is on the list of compatible apps in the link you provided. If it's not compatible, you should remove it from the list.

Thanks for that. Did as you said, nothing for a bit then bingo.

Please let me know if you develop any other apps that are compatible with my Fitbit.

Thanks for your help!

Hi,

What have you done exactly?

A very warm welcome to the Community @Freemoun! I hope you enjoy your time here.

It would seem that you need to have the premium version of the Waterlogged app in order to connect Fitbit to it. In this particular instance, I'd recommend that you contact Waterlogged directly so that they can provide you with further instructions on how to Connect their app with Fitbit.

Please do keep me posted on how it goes!

Waterlogged is now listed as an app that is compatible with Fitbit. Each time I do the Fitbit integration and click "allow", the waterlogged app closes.  I paid for the premium version of Waterlogged. Waterlogged is also not showing up on my manage data page.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

I don't see how this is a solution. App keeps crashing when trying to connect with Versa. Chat support says I should contact the developer. Why should I contact the developer?  It's as if I went to a restaurant and ordered mushroom soup from the menu, but the soup tastes sour and the cook says I should contact the person who grows the mushrooms.  If Waterlooged is on your  your menu of compatible apps, take to off it doesn't work.  I shouldn't have to spend an hour trying to install a single app.

Welcome to the Forums @SunsetRunner. Hello @Ishrogh.

As I mentioned, in this case contacting Waterlogged is the best way to move forward.

Please keep in mind that in this instances it is the third-party the one who develops the apps and programs the connection to Fitbit, as such any connectivity issues are most likely on their end given that Fitbit only provides the API for it to work with our service, but is not directly related on actually implementing the connection.

Let me know if you have any further questions.

Is Fitbit developing an app to log water intake on the Versa? I can log it on the app on my phone, but if I'm wearing the watch and my phone is put away at work it would be very convenient to log it on my watch. Waterlogged is not working and I didn't like it he other water app.
