How do I remove the health and well-being notifications of my Charge 4? I am getting about 30 reminders a day and it is getting really annoying!

Mine have mysteriously stopped! I haven't seen one in some time on my Charge 4. I couldn't do anything to stop them and was told that it was being worked on. Not sure why they stopped but I'm not complaining!

I also seem to get these reminders at random.  As I have a very twitchy nervous system, they are more that just a minor annoyance and not funny at all.  I really wish they would fix this...it can't be that hard, can it?   And obviously there are a lot of customers who want it fixed.

Well it's been over a year now and this still hasn't been fixed. I have a Fitbit Versa and the option does not appear in the settings for me. Your "best answer" obviously applies to a different model because it's definitely not on the Versa app unless there's another setting hiding it?

These notifications are really annoying. I have a Charge 4 so the settings must be different. You would have thought that all Fitbit products would have the same settings etc

Hello - has there been a solution to this? I seem to be having the same problem on my Sense 2. Thanks!

I just got a Sense 2 and had no idea something this trivial would be so annoying.  They should put heavy warnings during setup telling you that this is a permanent choice and will bother you until you smash the Fitbit with a hammer.  Given how old this thread is with hollows promises all along the way… I’m going to chalk this up to a life lesson for myself.

Hey DrakeDerek

Maybe, because it is a new device, you could return it as defective, get a new one and NOT sign up for the alerts.  At the very least it could solve your problem and maybe even give someone somewhere in the Fitbit organization a think.  I suspect that fitbit is using/selling our health data or metadata and really wants us to continue to subscribe. I will confess that I have ceased to wear my Fitbit (because of this issue)  I think I learned to be active and will go forward with healthy habits and no nanny to bug me.

Hi. Which Fitbit do you have? I have the Charge 4 and only get a stress management score, don't think I've seen a stress management reminder?
