How do I find my Charge HR's Serial number if I don't have the box?

I have a Charge HR from 2015 that still works, and I would like to know what the serial number for it is for home/fire insurance inventory purposes.

 

How can I get the Serial Number for my specific device if I no longer have the box?

 

I do have the original order confirmation email and Order number from when I ordered the device back in 2015.
