How do I find the clock faces for my Charge 3?

Is there a way to specifically search for charge 3 watch faces instead of having to go thru 300 watch faces only to not find any so far for my watch?

Hi, @lynchknot @please go to your Fitbit app and from the opening, Today, screen click on the person photo/icon top left.  On the next screen click on your Charge 3.  And then choose Gallery and then clock faces.  You will see the faces available for your Fitbit.

Thanks for that. Unfortunatly the screen is so dim under normal settings its almost usless

Hi,  @lynchknot , your question did not mention anything about about the screen being dim, and the suggestion I sent has nothing to do with the watch face dimness, because if you had looked at the instructions you would see that what I suggested is entirely done in the app so the screen dimness is not relevant.

If your problem is a dim screen rather than how to find clock faces, then that is a different question altogether! 

My experience is that this issue (dim screen) may be due to the age of your device, but it is worth going into a very dark room and checking the settings area on the Fitbit and making sure your Charge 3 screen settings are set to “normal”.  That’s as bright as it comes.
