Hi novice user here. How I do get my steps to display all the time on my wrist strap? I only see them on my dashboard on the app, but not on my wrist! Thanks!

It should be on the first screen. There are 2 feet and the steps underneath.
If you dont see them them tap the screen until they come up
Might want to read the manual . It can help you understand your unit

One of the clock face options under your settings will put your steps as well as a clock and your heart rate right on your 1st screen of your fitbit. Check out the diff clock face options

On the web dashboard, click the settings gear - charge 2 - Clock faces

Thanks that helped. Unfortunately the clock type change reset all the steps and floors I climbed to zero!

Hello ljweez:
Thx for your instructions that worked for me using a Charge 3 but it was a little tricky. One has to touch the top left of the app screen to get into the menu for the clock faces.
Unfortunately the clock face change reset all my steps to zero as it did for the flights of steps climbed!
A bug that they need to fix! 🤓
