Sadly misplaced my fitbit charge 2. Last sync Jan23. Rough year with the virus. My question is do you think I have battery left? I went and downloaded app to find it. No luck. I realize no gps on this tracker. Besides wanting to kick my own butt for not placing it back on charging station i have searched high and low.
I called support. They were nice but could not help. Gave me discount code. But im so frustrated at myself.
Any way I could set alarm on app to buzz if I get close.
When it was paired to my fone what code should it show on bluetooth.
Many thanks in advance.
Happy Holidays

Hi @Oaklove12 sorry to hear you had a rough year and misplacing your Fitbit hasn't helped one bit! Sad to say, after more than a month, any battery would be dead. At this point, it becomes a true game of hide and go seek. Alarms are set on the actual device, so there is no way to do that. If you had it set up to get notifications, you could have sent yourself a text and the Fitbit would make a slight vibration, but with a dead battery you can't do that. You can see the battery level on the app to confirm it is dead, if you still have it paired to the phone. Really seems like there isn't anything you can do at this time. Why not see what style Fitbit would suit you and use that coupon code to purchase it OR see what Black Friday deals are available. We all lose things, so please don't be too hard on yourself.
