Hi all , 

need to fix my brothers Fitbit. Can I setup his Fitbit in a pc or my phone? Or do I need his phone?

As @Odyssey13 has mentioned, the Fitbit app for computers has been discontinued and it's now required to have a compatible mobile device to set up and sync your Fitbit device. For more details about the compatibility requirements, click here.
