My fit died about 2 months ago and I have now received a replacement one
How do I delete / remove the old Charge HR from my e-mail address, so I can set up the new one?

I've tried to set it up and it says are you replacing the existing Charge HR (words to that effect) and I am but when I press the button on the side I get the ! Exclamation Mark followed by the charging sign then it turns off... it briefly came up on my mackbook pro that my tracker had been found and to enter the 4 digit number that came up, but then it said there was an error / problem and I had to start again.

I have put the tracker on the recharge and will try again later, but it is not off to a good start with my replacement charge HR!

It's great to see you around @NZNick. I recommend Restarting your Charge HR and after the restart process, follow the setup procedure from a Computer. If these steps don't work, feel free to contact our Support Team. For a faster response you can contact them via phone or chat.
