how do I reset the date and time on my charge 2 fitbit?

It should correct itself the first time it syncs.

It takes date and time from phone, or other sync device, each time it syncs.  Other than time zone issues when off by exact number of hours, that is the only way to set them.

 

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
