I’m pretty new. I want to match the heart rate numbers to the hardest parts of my metcons. Where do I find them? How do I find my max heart rate? All I can find are zones.
Thanks!

@jryben Welcome! It's nice to have you on board!
Let me help you with your heart rate reading. Where are you viewing your data? If you are using the Charge 2 then you can monitor your heart rate there. It can vary from clock face to clock face but you can read more about it here. Regarding the max heart rate you can view the data on your recorded activity once you have synced. You can read more about the heart rate feature here.
Let me know how it goes.

I want to look back to see a timeline of my heart rate from 6:30-7:30pm yesterday. I want to see a graph of every minute throughout, particularly around 6:05 and around 6:15. I’m interested in analytic data.

I think I figured it out 2 things. You have to go to you activity, which I can’t figure out where I found it, and retroactively make it a workout by clicking edit. Then you exit and go to Exercise and it will be there. 2, also, under “Resting heart rate” (WTF is it there for?) is a whole timeline including max heart rate. I would have never thought to find my max heart rate including my whole workouts under “resting” heart rate.
