How do I switch off motivational messages on Charge 3

Hello

When I first got my charge 3, I liked the little reminders that pop up - have a healthy breakfast, put your records on etc.  Now however, I seem to get about 4 all at once and they are just becoming annoying!  How do I switch them off please?

To turn health and wellness reminders off?

1. In the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > your device image > Health & Wellness Reminders.
2. Turn the reminder off.

Hi - I am also getting a lot of "motivational" messages, for example the one here:

It is a pain and I already had all these disabled from the moment I got my fitbit. Is there anywhere else that these can be disabled? I also get a lot of motivational things about exercise in general and I don't want those, but I do want to keep my reminders to move (the hourly one) and exercise notifications, so I don't want to turn on DND.

I read the above instructions...it is not working.  All Health and Wellness are turned off.  Still get these messages all throughout the day.
