Hi,
I've read other posts about this. My Bluetooth is on and connected to my charge 2. I select the Bike workout option on my Fitbit before starting. In my Fitbit app, the bike workout option shows connected GPS on. I have my phone on, and I know that it's tracking GPS because it tracks the miles on my alltrails app accurately. My Fitbit is set to sync with my phone.
So I feel like I have checked all the boxes, yet when I get back from biking, my alltrails app will show 8 Miles while my Fitbit shows none.
Suggestions?

@TxCoChic, welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well! Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Let me help you with your GPS distance not being recorded when using the Charge 2 and your phone. Please try these suggestions to improve the distance recording. Also try using the run option to see if this helps with the distance as other members have proved this to work.
Let me know how it goes.
