Welcome to the forums!
When something is not listed use workout mode on your Device.
Set up a custom activity for hometrainer. When it syncs you can rename it.
There are to many different exercises out there to list them all and this is a good all turnative

Hi there @Sonnetje, welcome to the Community Forums.
As my friend @WendyB said, when a specific exercise is not available within the exercises we offer, we suggest to use "Workout". Once you finish your exercise, you can rename the activity to hometrainer.
Please note that when renaming the activity from Workout to Hometrainer, the information to enter will change depending on the nature of the exercise. To give you an example if you change a workout to Run, it wont remove the calories but will add distance and this happen depending of the activity you are categorizing.

@Sonnetje What do you mean by a hometrainer? Sometimes there are different terms in different areas for the same device. By hometrainer, do you mean an elliptical cross trainer? To some people, a hometrainer is a bike home trainer. You remove the rear wheel of your bike, attach the home trainer and bike indoors.
There might be a better option than Workout.

It's an exercise bike. Stationary. Just like what you explaine.

@Sonnetje If you mean something like this, then the correct choice is Spinning.
