How do I reassign a charge 3 to a friend?

Hello @sunnyfields. Welcome to the community forums! 

 

Regarding your question, you can remove your Fitbit device from your Fitbit account and once your friend creates his Fitbit account and setup the Charge 3 to his own account, the device will be working as a new one.
