How do I turn off DND settings on Charge 4?

Hi, @LLV3.14 , welcome to the community, In more detail, the process is as follows. Starting from the clock screen on your charge 4.

1. Touch the side button for a couple of seconds, you will be presented with "do not disturb" and "sleep", if you swipe up you will see "screen wake".
2. If you touch any of these icons you toggle between off and on, if off the icon is greyed out.
3. "do not disturb" disables notifications, "sleep" disables notifications, dims the screen, disables the wrist flick action to illuminate the screen and defaults illumination of the dimmed screen to the side button.
4. "screen wake" turns the wrist flick action on or defaults illumination to the side button.

I’ve done as you described. Do not disturb and sleep wake remain grayed out. (Yes, I’m tapping the icons.) There appears to be no way to turn them on from the Charge 4.

I had to turn Sleep off, then it worked. This answer gave me the info i needed to make it work!

I'm tapping and tapping and tapping and tapping on DND and it doesn't do anything? Now what?

Hi, @Mtlmstr , welcome, @LLV3.14 I suggest you "reboot" your Charge 4, this video demonstrates the process in the second part. Then try to turn off DND and sleep again.

Thank you for your reply! What I actually figured out is I had accidentally turned sleep on so when I turned that off everything works again. I'm not sure how that happened though but if it happens again I know how to fix it.

when i tap on screen nothing but DND i held the side button scrolled up to screen wake tapped that.  I can not get clock face or get off DND

Hi, I have tried everything to receive notifications. Saying that I realised today that they are coming through but silently. So I attempted to find out how to fix this, and I discovered DND. How I turned it on, I do not know but I have read all the best answers and cannot turn it off. I have followed the best answer guideline with no success. I tap & nothing happens, it remains grey. Can you advise please.
