I don't want emails to come to my charge 4. It keeps waking me up at night with junk emails. How do I stop it? I just want my fitbit to record my activity etc, not to receive texts, emails etc

Hi @KarenDJ  this article - click to read - is on how to receive those notifications. Just do everything the opposite of what it tells you to stop them. You can also use the DND or sleep mode to keep those notifications from disturbing you.
