I have a Fitbit Charge 4 and absolutely hate the vibrations. I've tried setting it to Do-not-disturb, but it still vibrates when I reach some milestone such as activity minutes or floors. Why can't I just turn off vibration, the same way I would on my phone? I'm seriously considering returning the Fitbit for just this reason.

Hello @SunsetRunner. Welcome to the community forums.
I'm very sorry for any inconvenience and thank you very much for the detailed information and for the steps you've followed. At this time, I'd like to let you know that if you don't want to be notified when you reach your floors, distance or active minutes goals, I recommend disabling your activity goals on the web Dashboard.
For this, please make sure to follow the instructions below:
You can visit this post to get more information. On a side note, I was able to see that you have reached out to our Support Team and they have provided information and assistance. If you still have additional questions or inquiries, I recommend replying back to them or contact them one more time and they will be more than glad to continue assisting you.
Lastly, I've moved your post to the Charge 4 board to keep our forums organized.
Hope this helps.

@SunsetRunner Thank you very much for your reply.
I appreciate the additional information you provided. I'd like to let you know that while vibrations can't be disabled, you can adjust your tracker's vibration strength in the settings app on your Charge 4.
If you have questions about how to navigate your Charge 4, please see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?
Lastly, thank you very much for your feedback. Please note that any feedback posted in the forums is always welcome as it helps to improve our products, services and overall environment.
Hope this helps.

Dear Wilson FitBit,
In future could you PLEASE simply Type the Steps rather than refer to a flipping manual?
Anyone typing in here has struggled some before coming here (Looked at manuals, tried different things)
I would think a Fitbit EE and/or Guru could do that with ease.
Thank You🙏🏻

Dear WilsonFitbit, your answer in 2021 was that vibrations on the Fitbit Charge 4 can't be disabled.
It's 2023 now, can they still not be disabled? If yes, how ?
If not, a logical place to add would be at the tracker's vibration strength, right now it has the options Normal and Strong (translated from Dutch, hope it's accurate), maybe add the option "Off" or "Silent" ?
Thank you
