how do  l upgrade my charge 4 to v4.12

@gumrepus  V 4.12 is a Fitbit app version, not a Charge 4 firmware version.  You can always check your Fitbit app version by tapping on your profile picture/gear icon in the upper right of your mobile app. then Help & Support.  App updates roll out over time, not all at once to all users.  You should get it shortly if you allow automatic updates to your Fitbit app.  You can go to your phone's App store and try to update it from there.

Thanks for that. I have checked my app and it is V4.1 updated 14 Feb 2024. No sign of v4.12

The problem I am trying to solve is that I have set my hourly 250 step goals butt I do not get a reminder each hour so I have to use a separate timer.
