Hi,
I received my new Fitbit charge 3 an hour ago and while setting it up via you app, It asked if I would like to purchase the extended warranty.
I choose yes and it took me to payment via google pay or via credit card.
I choose Google pay then choose the Credit card and I received an error.
From that point, it continues the setup process without letting me go back to the purchase process.
Where and How do I purchase it, after I finish the setup process?

Hi @surujon get with customer service about that. The community wouldn't be able to help you with that, but they can. If you can't get with them, you can always get it directly from Square Trade.com since you so recently purchased your Fitbit.
