How do you get charge 4 to come b on when you flip the wrist? Everything else seems to work

My charge 4 works except just stopped coming on when flip the wrist.  Is it in some kind of sleep mode?  If so, how do I correct that.

I have encountered this problem a few times. I am always able to fix it by going into the "settings" on the charge 4. The Screen wake icon must be enabled. If it is not on, the watch will not light up when you rotate your wrist. Also make sure the sleep mode is off. 😊
