How do you press the 'pin' on the fitbit, when it's in the charger, so you can restart it?

I need to restart my fitbit because it stopped synching. Many people said to restart it. I read those directions and connected it to the charger. Now the 'pin' no longer sticks out to press.

 So my question is ...

How do you press the 'pin' on the fitbit, when it's in the charger, so you can restart it?

Hi @hortnut and happy New Year! Please check the instructions again. (Tap here for instructions on restarting the Charge 2.). There is no need to press a pin. You will press a button which will be accessible in the button opening.
