This is a lemon. I bought it in August 2020 from BestBuy and regret it. I Google returns but then get sent to email addresses that no longer work. I get sent to this community with a thousand messages. All I want to do is get my money back for this device, which is so inconsistent that it's little more than a step tracker.
Can someone tell me how/where to return this Charge 3?

Hi @swfl you'll need to get with support and tell them what's going on. Only items purchased directly from Fitbit have a 45 day return window. I think Best Buy's window is fourteen days. Anyway, here are the contact options for you.
