How long does it take the charge 2 to charge? How do i knw when its done charging? Do i charge it when it's completely dead?

The Charge 2 user manual and related articles can be found here - click to go there

 

It should take about one or two hours to charge and you can tap the device while on the charger to see the power level on it. Be sure not to leave it on the charger all night. If it does go dead between charges, be sure to do a restart of the device.
