How long it takes to get a response from support?

I contacted support early this morning about my fitbit charge 3 screen dying out, almost unreadable. We went through all the steps long resets, clock face changes.. nothing had worked.

I was told warranty would contact Mr by email. How long does that typically take? I have some rather important events coming up and my fibit is vital.

You'll be waiting until the cows come home. Fitbit discontinued email support last year 😞

Otherwise, I'd be messaging them to find out why the heck I had 15,000 steps yesterday and it glitched to 501, unpleasantly. As you mentioned yours is still under warranty (My Charge 3s and 4s aren't), try (877) 623-4997 or the live chat. I'm trying to reach them now on Twitter. BTW, If anyone here is on Twitter and wants to connect, I do maintain a Fitbit user list on my @williger account 🙂

Hi, @WilsonFitbit it's always a pleasure!

@VirtualMellie it sounds like you're in good hands.

I wanted to share I'd tried the Twitter route for my problem and was impressed! Fitbit got back to me in a timely manner and fixed things 🙂 LOL I was shamed with 500 steps total yesterday they somehow restored my 15,000. For others who happen to see this thread, I highly recommend trying out Fitbit Twitter support. Cheers!
