Hi ,i just got a new charge  4 Wrist  and i want to know how often i need to get it charged

The battery should last up to 7 days between charges. As there's a lot to get familiar with when you get a fitbit, you may be interested in looking through the manual at https://help.fitbit.com/manuals/manual_charge_4_en_US.pdf
