How do I change total distance covered from km to miles? I have looked at advanced settings but there does not seem to be an option there.

From phone app dashboard, click 'Account' icon near top right.  Scroll down to 'Advanced Settings' > Units > Length

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

It did eventually work but as I am having all sorts of problems with the charge 3 I was not sure if it was me or the Fitbit causing the problem. Many thanks.

 have no advanced settings from what i can see on my Fitbit Charge 3.

@1lisa  If you will go back` and re-read my post, I described the advanced settings from the phone app dashboard, not directly on the Charge 3.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
