Hello, I am trying to change the time on my Charge 2 tracker. I am trying to follow your instructions posted here and changed my timezone to London and am now trying to do your next step where you say from dashboard click on 'account'. I don't have that option in my dashboard.

Thanks for any help.

@DavyAB which of the 5 different dashboards are you looking at? Windows phone or pc, android, iOS, or web based. You can use which ever one you want to.

@engnsin a sync to Fitbit needs to be done for the clock to update. Either wait for the background sync or open the app and force it.

Click on your "profile" and then close to the top right in your browser window there will be "view account settings", click that.

Time on my Charge2 changed when I went west 1 timezone to Pacific but didn't track when I came home. Everything on the Charge2 was set right but the online account showed the Pacific timezone. I changed it to Mountain and now the Charge2 time is right again. THANKS for the insights.

I'm sorry but the only way time can be set on a FitBit tracker is by syncing with your phone or computer, whichever one you normally use.

I tried that, syncing.  It didn’t work.  Any other suggestions?  Thanks.

Do a RESTART and then try syncing again.

Best Answer

If the app or web say a sync was successful, then check the timezone.
