Hi,
I'm new to fitbit and I've only had mine 3 days! Can I use sensitive baby wipes to clean my fitbit band?
Thanks 🙂

The standard Charge 2 band is elastomer.

However all I have ever done with mine is rinse with cool water and dry with towel and had no problems. Certainly safest to follow Fitbit guidelines, but for me I figure since the band is interchangeable and can be replaced, it doesn't seem the trouble to put too much effort into it unless it's an issue of irritating the skin.

I have tried everything to clean my charge 2 strap without success... HOWEVER... I was recently on holiday in a hot location and found my strap was getting cleaner??? what!! this was weird! so... I discovered it was the suntan lotion that was stripping the dirt (ladies will know it strips your nail polish too!) it was the mist version factor 50 that did it!
I got home and used this on all of my lovely straps - pale ones too - and hey presto! all are now looking like new. (sprayed the lotion on, scrubbed a little with a toothbrush, used mild soap detergent to remove the lotion)
try it!
