I mistakenly did a factory reset on my fitbit but I want to repair my old account and account data to sync with it again. I don't want to have to set up a new profile and start again.
How do I go about this?

Hi @hayleyl I'm not sure what is meant by repair.
You factory reset will require you to setup the tracker as if you purchased it this morning.
Through the Fitbit app, log into your Fitbit account and setup the tracker.

Hi @hayleyl, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding your inquiry about setting up your Charge 3 again, my friend @Rich_Laue is totally correct. You will need to set up your tracker from scratch after performing a factory reset.
You won't lose previous data since you will be only setting up your tracker on your existing account. You don't need to create a new profile or account.
Let @Rich_Laue and me know if more assistance is needed.
