How do I get rid of the hand washing reminder or turn it off

Hi

I have tried to do what they say but I do not have Health & Wellness Reminders when I go to my device a Charge 3

I have tried the chat 2 or 3 times but they say the same thing

one said because I couldn’t”t see it that it was gone not so

it”s very frustrating and annoying

I am experiencing the same problem with my Charge 4. No Health & Wellness Reminders in the menu in the app or online. Would love to find a solution. I do not need reminders to wash my hands.
