Can someone help me do a factory reset on my Charge 2? I need to sell it and none of the suggested methods are working. Thank you!

I don't believe there is a factory reset for the Charge 2. Just do a sync after you are done wearing it to get your latest exercise data from the tracker to Fitbit computers.
And there is no personal data on the tracker itself, with no downloaded apps, credit card or music storage.

You can simply remove the tracker from your account. Tap the garbage can found in the top right. At this point the tracker will not be connected to your Fitbit account and will need to be setup before it may be used.
Or you may simply give the tracker to the buyer, when they set it up it will be removed from your account. This is what I do when I give a tracker to a relative, since I will haves a record that the tracker was added to their account.
The tracker is registered to a Fitbit account, the Fitbit account is registered with an email address.
There is nothing with the tracker that points to your email address.
