I had the terrible idea of gluing with super glue the wrist band to the fitbit device (BECAUSE IT KEEPS FALLING DESPITE BUYING MANY NEW BANDS AND FIXING THE BANDS THAT BREAK). I decided that I had enough of this and glued it to the dam fitbit so that it would NEVER FALL. It doesn't fall but not it doesn't track the steps either.
I read that it has an accelerometer and it sounds like it needs to wiggle around to feel the steps, which I assume now it does not.
Is that the issue? What exactly is the issue and how do I fix it?

Hi @brando90 these are wrist based devices and need your arm to swing to get the steps to be counted. Some people take the pebble part of the tracker and place it in a case and clip it to their waist or slip it inside a pocket so it will track the steps. Is that possible for you?

Not sure what pebble your talking about. Where would it be?
I have a charge 2 if that helps.

The pebble is the actual Charge 2 tracker piece, minus the bands.
