I recently changed by sleep/exercise pattern to sleeping for several hours, followed by a lengthy walk before sunrise then a return to bed for a couple of hours. Since starting this regime 2 weeks ago, the first sleep period each night has been evaluated, and the second has not, as expected, being quite short. Today, I only synchronised after the second sleep period of 2-and-a-half hours which returned a full analysis, however the earlier 5-and-a-half hour sleep period only returned basic sleep information. Perhaps by evaluating the later shorter sleep, the earlier longer sleep has in some way been invalidated? I deleted the short second sleep to try and force the first to be re-evaluated properly, but that didn't work. Is there a way to force re-evaluation through the app or on the device? I'm wondering if having a low HR (ie. 40 and possibly below at night) could contribute to the problem? Any suggestions?
