How to get a repair or replacement Charge 3?

Charge 3 working fine, updated ap, all ok until it started vibrating every 2 seconds. Charged it, got smiley face but then died, green flashing lights and no screen, now no signs of life at all. Have tried all fixes/restarts recommended but still nothing.

Hi @Sukipuss  if you're under warranty and customer service feels a replacement is in order, they will let you know. There are no repairs for these devices. https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US

Such a shame that all my fitbit's seem to have a shelf life of about 2 years. Even with the offered discount for a new product it's just too expensive to replace.
