My health plan no longer covers the Motion application. I'd like to get it off of my Fitbit, but I am unable to uncheck United Healthcare from my Menu Items in the Fitbit app on mu iPhone. I can check and uncheck all the other menu items, just not the United Healthcare one.

You can remove it by going to (from the app), Account -> Manage Data. You'll be able to Revoke Access from there.

The UHC Motion application is not authorized in my Fitbit app.

The UC Motion support team unlinked my Fitbit tracker from their system. They thought that would remove their stuff form my Fitbit, but it did not.

@nomoremove @cnevares Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well!

@nomoremove Sorry to hear about your Charge 2 still showing the UHM shortcut. You can try syncing your tracker after this remove it from your account by tapping the account button (top right corner) then the trash can icon. Set it up again and restart it by doing the following:

Plug the charging cable to your computer or UL certified wall adapter.
Align the contacts of the tracker with the charging cable and plug it in making sure it snaps securely.
Your tracker should start charging.
Press the button for 10 to 12 seconds.
You should see your tracker's firmware version and you can now unplug your tracker.

@cnevares thank you for sharing your suggestions.

Tried it.

I removed the Charge2 from my account at the Dashboard.

I 'rebooted' the Charge2 to see the firmware version.

I added the Charge2 back using the iPhone App.

Sync'd.

The UHM thing is still there.

I am experiencing all the same issues and have tried numerous times to do what you have suggested above. I even tried to link it to another account hoping it would clear my tracker. While it did clear when it was connected to the other account, the minute I reconnected it to mine UHC returned.  Can someone with Fitbit please remove UHC off of my tracker. I already revoked its permission and UHC isn’t much help with this.

Thank you in advance!
