When walking or running, if I carried my phone I would get a "map" of my route when the walk/run was completed (in addition to the stats - time, distance, pace, heart rate graph). I don't think I've changed any settings, but the last few times I've gone out, I am not getting the route mapped. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.

@Villefan It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community!
Let me help you getting a map of your routes with your Charge 2. As you may know the Charge 2 doesn't have a GPS sensor so it uses your phone's sensor for this data. This is called Connected GPS and you can read how to use it here.
