This is an old thread and does not apply to the latest Charge 3 software.

The alarms have been moved from the phone app to the Charge 3 itself. From the main clock screen swipe left until you see the alarms app.

Tap the top right corner to go to your account.

From here nothing else has changed.

Tap the tracker model.

Tap alarms.

Ty for posting the photo. I'd only ever used the + button on the bottom of the screen to set an alarm so I had no idea where this was either and was getting really frustrated. Why it's not got a main screen shortcut now is beyond me.

Fitbit has moved back to having individual plus signs. It never occurred to me that the plus sign might have an alarm setting.

Why, this plus seemed to be related to the Fitbit account and having the ability to have multiple trackers I never thought that it would be possible.

Thank you so much for posting pictures!!! Reading other answers I was starting to get frustrated trying to find the darn + symbol on the dashboard!!!!

This solution works, but is tedious. I used to just swipe down and use plus sign to add an alarm.

Totally agree. Setting the alarm was so much simpler with the + sign. Really wish I hadn't upgraded, the new interface has no value for me

I agree even if I did not know that the Plus Sign had the quick alarm set. I have always used the now current option.

This is crazy, it was so much easier when it on the main screen, why the heck is it buried so deep?!

Basically, the alarm is a setting for the tracker, not the dashboard and both in the app and web has always been found on the page with the trackers settings.

For a short period of time it was also found by pressing the "+" on the dashboard. It never occurred to me that this "+" which is an account setting would also have a setting for the tracker.

How did it work if a user had 2 or 3 trackers on their account.

I get the distinction you make but as someone with "only" 1 tracker (probably most users), having the alarm setting in the + sign was far more convenient than having the alarm buried in the tracker settings. This is a clear pain point introduced by this update and for me having the option to undo the update would be a sufficient fix. But seems like there should be a way to build alarm tracking at the front page level (even for multiple Fitbit users)

I'm sure that there is, I had never thought about the plus to set alarms and never tried it. The other functions through the + I had no use for but have been told that other things have been removed.

I pull screen down, tap on tracker, then alarm

I miss the + sign.  I couldn't figure out where the alarm setting had been moved too.  Bring back the + sign to set an alarm, please.

I want the plus button back. I never would’ve found it had it not been for this post. Very frustrating since I use alarms often.
