I have a Charge 4. I am about to complete a 4 month Cardiac Rehabilitation program (I had a heart attack over 5 months ago) and the physiologist recommended I wear a chest strap to get 100% accurate heart rate data when I exercise. Fitbit has always said that its products are geared for fitness and not to be relied upon for medical health data. As I must have accurate medical health data regarding my heart rate, how do I sync my heart data from the Polar chest strap I now have to both the Fitbit app and my Charge 4?

Fitbit cannot accept heart rate data from any chest strap.

Thanks for responding. Since Fitbit openly states that its readings cannot be used as reliable MEDICAL medical data, which means of accurate heart rate data does Fitbit sync with its system? Fitbit has to accept some form of accurate medical heart rate data.
