My charge3 is obviously in DND mode but as I can’t read screen I can’t change it. What do I have to do?

I'm sorry to hear that you are having difficulties to turn off Do Not Disturb mode.

 

To try to resolve the issue, please follow the next instructions:

- Press and hold the button until you feel a vibration

- Swipe left to access the quick settings screen

- Tap the first setting to turn it off which should be DND mode
