How to turn heart rate on?

I turned off Heart Rate monitor when I set up my Charge HR. I cannot figure out how to turn it back on. The "gear" icon does not show up on the dashboard as instructed.

From the dashboard hit the area below the date (the secton with the picture of the charge HR in it) and that will take you to a menu and scroll down until you see heart rate and hit that to open the menu- choices are: on, off and auto.  changes will not take effect until your tracker syncs with your device.  you can force it to sync but it usually will sync when you come out of the menu.

I don’t have those options either. Did you ever find a solution?

No. I didn't find a solution but I thought it might have been auto detect cos there is no flashing light when I am not wearing.

I have a Charge 3. I cannot get iot to pair with my phone. Phone can see watch, but won't connect.

Talks to my desk top tower PC (don't know how, as it does not have bluetooth) but not the mobile phone. Both are Windows 8.1.

Unfortunately I don’t seem to have the heart rate button on my app, so I cannot turn it on. Why is this so? Thanks

I have a Versa 2 and when getting it all up and going today on the app I must have shut off the heart rate so now it won’t display anything and just says resting heart rate how do I turn it on?
