I have two daily alarms set on my Charge 3. Every time I shut the alarm off it goes to a 9 minute snooze. How do I turn the snooze function off? It’s extremely frustrating. It’s hard enough for me to turn the first alarm off as I’m legally blind and cannot see the buttons on the side of my device.

Hi @JennyJoy1, it's nice to see another post from you here in the Community Forums, welcome back.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. Let me share with you that your device will vibrate and flash when a silent alarm goes off but this notification repeats several times or until dismissed. If you don't dismiss an alarm, it will repeat in 9 minutes just as stated in your post. The alarm on most Fitbit devices turns off when you walk 50 steps. You can also press the button on your device to dismiss an alarm.
Let me know if you have any additional questions.

I don't want the snooze feature at all. My arm vibrating is enough to alert me. How do I disable it? It is very annoying to have alarms 9 mins after I already got up, but haven't walked. For example, I have one 30 mins before bed and am usually lounging. 9 mins later is frustrating.
Thanks
