I tried every suggestion I could find in the forum to turn off my Charge 4 active zone notifications. None worked. My notification was going off about every 2 minutes for an active zone update. I think the second Fitbit tech I talked to solved the problem First, turn-off the zone settings in both the settings and exercise on the Charge 4, as described in the forum. Then:
1. Open the dashboard on your iPhone.
2. Press the circle or your picture in the upper left corner of the screen.
3. Page down to SETTINGS and select Activities and wellness.
4. Select DailyActivity.
5. Go to Active Zone Minutes. Set it to a higher number. Since I do not use the active zone minutes, I set mine to 20,000.
6. Sync the Charge 4 and iPhone.
I made this change this morning and have not had a Zone Minute notification in the last 6 hours.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Meta54.
I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Charge 4. Thank you for trying to get them resolved before contacting us.
I hope those steps be of help to other Fitbit users. I would like to mention, Heart Rate Zone Notifications should be turned off by following the instructions in this article in the menu "Can I turn zone notifications on or off on my Fitbit device?".
Have a nice day.
