I bought the charge several years ago, and didn’t use it for a long time. Today I reuse it. I've restarted it with the cable , and a image “V124” appeared, but it din't start working. I also selected 'clocks' on my mobile phone but the screen stays black. Please note the power is full. It can synchronize with my mobile phone if I connect it to the cable, but It doesn't synchronize any more anymore once it without cable.
can you anyone help to advise how to solve this problem?
