Hi I have a new phone and I can't get it to sync with my fit it can anyone help me please

Do you still have your old phone? If so, make sure it doesn't still have a connection to the fitbit in its bluetooth settings as this could be blocking access to your new phone.

 

Also, have you checked that your new phone is supported by fitbit at www.fitbit.com/devices ?
